You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement.

Refunds will only be initiated if the mistake is on our side or if the product is damaged in transit.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

Used or tampered products

Items with broken seals

Opened food, health supplements, or wearable items

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2–3 working days.

5. Delivery and Shipping Policy

We deliver health supplements, eatables, and branded physical items (such as mugs, bottles, T-shirts, etc.) across India and internationally.

📦 Domestic & International Delivery:

Minimum delivery time is 7 days (subject to courier and location).

Delivery may occur sooner or later depending on courier service performance and customs processing.

International delivery is handled by our shipping partners and may take longer.

❌ Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once confirmed and processed, no cancellation will be allowed.

🛡️ Damaged Products During Transit:

If any product is damaged during shipping, report it within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed and our fault, refund/replacement will be initiated.

No returns/refunds for products that are:

Used

Worn, washed, or tampered

Opened (especially eatables or health supplements)

With broken seals or altered packaging

📬 Courier Tracking:

Customers can track orders via courier service tracking numbers.

Vidyadhara is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier or customs issues.
